Decorating Ideas for Easter/Spring

I’ve been slowly collecting bird theme items for sometime now, and finally picked up my last birdcage at Hobby Lobby (2nd row middle pic). I hit a barn sale and found a bird nest and my “Spring” banner which I could’ve made myself but for $13. I couldn’t pass it up.

The eggs in the bottom row last pic, are from a craft day I had at my friends. I’m hoping she will guest blog on here how to do that. It’s super easy & if she doesn’t I will be sure to. We did that last year & they still look great.

3rd row down center pic, I had that large frame from a garage sale several years back for $2. Can’t beat that. Asked one of my girlfriends if she had any extra chicken wire (perks of country living thanks Steph) & cut the piece to size & stapled it to the back of the frame. So cute, cheap, and EASY!!!!

1st row 1st pic, I framed my Easter Egg Hunt invite in a frame that was given to me.

I usually try to brighten up my house with items I already have that I can either change to make different or that I’ve gotten at a thrift store or garage sale. Although there are several new items in my stash this year (it was a little skimpy) , I still didn’t pay much for my new items.  Fun pulling out the Spring decor bin & checking out what you have.
